Sadly after a bad experience with soak.com when buying my cloakroom toilet.I bought another 2 bathroom suites with them.
For the 2nd time they have lost my items, they lost 2 baths- i'm not sure how this is possible. They never give me updates, I ring them and wait 20minutes to get through. They do nothing to help and just blame the courier. I have 1000 worth of goods lost in transit and soak.com won't confirm if they will ring me within the day for an update.
Kicking myself I didn't buy via credit card! They refuse to communicate with the courier via phone call only email.
They have no update when any further action is taken be it a replacement or a refund.Please learn from my lesson and do not deal with them.

Monetary Loss: $1400.
Preferred solution: my order delivered in full by 10th July and compensation for loss of a days work..
I liked: Bathroom suites but they never arrive.
I didn't like: Lies, Service, False hope, No communication.
